the location provides easy access to public transport like the tram and metro. I also appreciated several bistro restaurants and a nearby supermarket. the room was quiet. the bed offered a good night's sleep.
i noticed only paper cups were available in the room, not glasses.

The room i booked had a malfunctioning safe and a non-functional telephone. I could not contact the reception from my room. the staff moved me to a 'superior' room, but even there, the safe didn't work. i hope this is just a temporary problem and not a standard feature.

the location was very convenient. the proximity to the expo centre across the road was a definite advantage. the room was nicely fitted out and clean. the breakfast options were delicious!!!
the room was consistently cold. the heating was ineffective. this impacted my sleep.

my room was spacious. it included enough wardrobe space for organizing all my belongings. the beds were very comfortable. i also found the bathroom to be nicely designed and very functional.

the reception staff are polite. the cleaning staff is also very helpful. they arranged for a doctor very quickly when i had a medical need. they also extended my stay easily.

the location is convenient near the exhibition center. a metro stop is very close to the hotel. my room was large when compared to rooms in the city center.
the air conditioning in my room only provided heat during spring. the room became hot and stuffy so i opened the windows to deal with the noisy traffic. i found only paper cups in the room with no glasses.
